Essência Skin is a calm, professional studio in Beckenham, offering facials and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.
My approach brings together professional qualifications in skin health and advanced skin treatments, a background in health and wellbeing, and a genuine passion for helping clients feel cared for, listened to and confident in their skin.
Before creating Essência Skin, my work in the wellbeing industry gave me a deeper understanding of how lifestyle, stress, hormones, environment and daily habits can influence how we feel and how the skin behaves. I bring this wider perspective into every treatment, looking not only at the skin in front of me, but also at the person behind it.
The Essência Ethos
At Essência Skin, I do not believe in quick fixes or chasing perfection. My focus is on skin health before trends, realistic results before unrealistic promises, and personalised care before one-size-fits-all treatments.
My aim is to support the skin as it naturally changes through life, helping you care for it with confidence, consistency and kindness.
The Essência Experience
My goal is to create a space that feels calm, welcoming and not intimidating. A place where you can ask questions, understand your options and feel confident in the choices you make for your skin.
With professional training in facial skincare, skin rejuvenation and advanced aesthetic therapies, my treatments are guided by skin knowledge, safe practice and realistic expectations. Where suitable, I also incorporate massage-led techniques, including lifting and drainage movements, to support both visible radiance and a deeply restorative experience.
